Scheduled tasks

How to entrust the agent with recurring work and manage tasks.

The agent can do work on a schedule: every day, once a week, or every set number of minutes. Describe in words what to do and when, for example: "Every day at 9:00, collect news about our industry into a file".

Creating a task

The agent shows a card with the title, the assignment, and the schedule. The task appears only after you click "Create"; the agent does not create or change tasks on its own.

The schedule can be: every day at a set time, once a week on a set day, or every set number of minutes, but no more often than once every 5 minutes. The schedule cannot do "weekdays only" separately: for such a request the agent creates a daily task.

Task list

The "Tasks" item in the left panel opens the list of tasks by folder. Each task has its assignment, schedule, and all runs. The "Run now" button starts the task outside the schedule. Each run is a separate conversation, from which you can return to the task with the button in the header.

Stopping, changing, and deleting

• "Stop" pauses the task, "Resume" turns it back on.
• "Delete" removes the task together with its run history.
• To change the assignment or the schedule, ask the agent in a regular conversation: it will show a card with the changes for confirmation.
