Sign-in and registration
How to register, sign in with a code from an email or through Yandex and VK, and how to sign out.
To use the chat you need a Yenisei account, the same one used in Agent, CLI, and the console. There is no password: sign-in is confirmed with a code from an email or through Yandex and VK. The sign-in page is chat.yenisei.ru/login.
Registration
Click "Sign up" on the sign-in page and go through four steps.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Give your consents. Consent to the processing of personal data is required; the newsletter is optional. The offer agreement is accepted by the act of registering.
- Pass the "I'm not a robot" check.
- Enter the code from the email.
Signing in by email
Enter your email address, then the code from the email. No password is needed.
Signing in through Yandex or VK
The Yandex and VK sign-in buttons are below the form. If there is no account with this email yet, the chat will ask you to give your consents and create one right away, with no code and no "I'm not a robot" check.
Signing out
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose "Sign out".
If the chat asks you to sign in again
If your sign-in has stopped working, the line "No answer received: you need to sign in again" appears under your question. Sign in again. To see where you are signed in and how to sign another device out of your account, see Settings and account.
