What happens to the answer if I close the tab while the chat is answering?

Nothing bad: the chat will finish the answer. Open the conversation again, and the answer will be waiting there.

Why does the chat not see my file?

Check the file's format and size against the table in the files section. If there is a "File not read" line under the answer, the reason is stated there.

Why did the chat say there is no data?

There are no more than two searches per answer. If your question covers many topics, split it into several.

Can I use the chat on my phone?

Yes, the chat works in a mobile browser.

Where do I pay and change my plan?

In the console. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose "Console".

Do I need a password?

No. Sign-in is confirmed with a code sent to your email.
