Deleting data and your account

How to delete one conversation, all conversations, or your entire account, and what happens when you do.

Conversations and the account are deleted from the chat itself, in the browser. Everything is deleted immediately and permanently: a deleted conversation cannot be brought back, and an account cannot be restored.

One conversation

Click "…" next to the conversation in the sidebar, choose "Delete", and confirm.

All conversations

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose "Account".
2. In the "Danger zone" section, click "Delete all conversations".
3. To confirm, type the word "delete".

The conversations disappear immediately and permanently.

Account

One account covers all Yenisei products, so deleting it closes access to all of them at once.

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose "Account".
2. In the "Danger zone" section, click "Delete account".
3. Click "Send code by email" and enter the code from the email.

What happens when an account is deleted

Access to the console, the chat, and the API is closed immediately on all devices, and keys stop working. Remaining credits and a paid subscription are not refunded, and the account cannot be restored.
