Limits and errors

How credit limits work and what the "No answer received" messages under your question mean.

Usage in the chat is counted in credits and limited by your plan. If an answer did not arrive, the chat states the reason in words right under your question. This page explains how the limits work and what to do about each message.

Credit limits

Usage is counted in credits (1 credit = 1 ₽) and limited by your plan over three periods: a 5-hour session that starts with your first request, a week, and a month. The balance and reset time are shown in the "Usage" section. The time is shown according to your device's clock.

Messages under your question

If there is no answer, a gray line "No answer received: …" with the reason appears under your question. Common reasons and what to do about them:

If a search or page reading failed

If a search or page opening fails, the chat answers with what it managed to gather, and a line stays in the answer: "Search failed: …", "Nothing found for: …" or "The page did not open: …".

If a file was not read

If a file could not be read, the line "File not read: 'name', reason" appears in the answer. Formats and sizes are listed in Working with files.

Closing the tab does not cancel the answer: the chat will finish writing it, and it will be waiting in the conversation.
